Return and Cancellation Policy

At TinyKiddo, We work very hard to curate only the best and finest quality products for you. Each product goes through tenacious quality checks before we dispatch. In case you received a defective product or if for any reason, you would want to return or exchange the product, we’d be heartbroken of course :(  but here’s all you need to know. 

Please Note: Certain products have a no return/exchange policy. It includes a Bed with a net, a Carry nest, a Pillow, and bolsters set, a Feeding pillow,  Baby briefs, Diapers, and Maternity pads.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of Delivery of your order. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Early Order Cancellation Process:

If you have changed your mind for some reason or would like to order a fresh one then you can cancel the placed order within 4 hours of your order placement there is a 4-hour grace period for initiating a cancel request.


To Initiate Early Cancellation for your order before the grace period, please write us an email at support@tinykiddo.com with your order number and specific product details if any.  Once we receive your request, we will notify you with the confirmation of your cancellation.


Return/ Exchange process:

  • To initiate the return or exchange process, please write us an email at support@tinykiddo.com with your order number and specific product details if any, and provide a reason and relevant pictures for the return or exchange.

  • Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status in 24 - 48 business hours.

  • If your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup

 

Reverse Pick up:

      Pick-up: We provide the reverse pick-up to most of the pin codes. In this case, the shipment reaches back to us within 7-10 business days owing to courier company policy. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier service is unable to pick it up after two attempts, you are responsible for shipping it back to us.
 

      Self-courier: In some pin codes due to lack of serviceability, you would need to courier back the parcel to us at your expense. 


Exchange / Refund:

After a return request is approved, the product will be picked up for return within 2-4 business days, depending on the location.
Once the returned product is received at the warehouse, the Quality Control team will verify the product(s) within 1-2 business days.
After the verification process is complete, we will process an exchange or refund.

 

Exchange:

In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.


Refund to the wallet:
Upon receipt of the product in its original condition, your wallet will be credited within 1 to 2 business days. This is the case for COD.
This Coupon Code will have a validity of 12 months from the day we give it to you and can be used only on our website.

 

Refund to Bank:
Refund will be credited to your source account within 3-12 business days (depending on your bank) after QC validation.
A refund will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made, for placing the order.
In case of a COD order, the refund amount will be added to your wallet or a refund link will be shared to your registered email address.

Sale items:

Any items purchased during a flash/clearance sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Modify / Cancel:

If you wish to modify the order after placing it, kindly cancel the order and place a new order once again.
To cancel the entire order, please log in to your profile and navigate to the Orders section. You can select the specific order provide a reason and cancel it. Canceling is only possible before the shipped status, beyond that please write to us at support@tinykiddo.com and our team will assist you in the best possible way.

 

Upon canceling a pre-paid order the refund amount will be credited to the source account.
If the item(s) you received were defective or damaged during shipping, please write to us immediately at support@tinykiddo.com.


We (Tiny Kiddo) reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.
